I am currently headed home after watching Transformers 3 with 3D glasses and trust me it was a “nice” experience. In fact nice is an underrated word to describe what I have just experienced.

We have all grown up watching mostly Indian movies. It is not that we have not loved the likes of DDLJ, 3 Idiots etc. but whenever we see a sci-fi movie we can’t help but remember the likes of Avtaar and even Harry Potter.

The closest we came to a Matrix was with movies like Robot and Krishh that too with the help of talent that had been imported from Hollywood. The immediate question that comes to our minds is whether we would ever be able to match the sci-fi produced in Hollywood.
